Description

The VERO Watch Company Smokey '44 is an officially licensed automatic field watch inspired by 1944, the first official year of Smokey Bear. It features a 38mm stainless steel case with mixed satin and high-polish finishing, a flat AR-coated sapphire crystal, 120 meters of water resistance, and a screw-down crown and case back. The dial showcases a custom Smokey Bear illustration, decorative numerals, cathedral hands, green Super-LumiNova, and a seconds hand with Smokey’s shovel as the counterweight. It is powered by the Seiko NH38A automatic movement with a 41-hour power reserve and comes with both a leather strap and a canvas NATO strap with quick-release spring bars. Ten percent of proceeds support the U.S. Forest Service for wildfire prevention education and forest conservation.
