The Rado The Original Automatic is a 35 mm Swiss-made dress watch that reflects the historic DiaStar design introduced in 1962. Its case combines CVD-coated hardmetal with stainless steel and yellow-gold-coloured PVD elements, paired with a faceted sapphire crystal. The gold-tone dial features crystal hour markers and a day-date display, while the automatic R764 movement delivers an 80-hour power reserve and includes an antimagnetic Nivachron hairspring. A matching stainless steel and PVD bracelet completes the design with a three-fold clasp.
